At Austwick CE (VA) Primary School, Forest School is an important part of our curriculum, giving children the chance to develop confidence, resilience, and practical skills in the outdoors. Each term, both classes take part in dedicated Forest School sessions led by qualified Forest School teachers, offering hands - on experiences such as tool use, shelter building, environmental awareness, and teamwork challenges. These sessions allow pupils to explore the natural world, learn new skills, and build independence in a supportive and enriching woodland environment.
